Items we sell are handmade and take upto 5 days to dispatch. Bulk orders may take longer to ship.
The items are dispatched through our shipping partner. For domestic shipping (within India) , it may take between 4 to 10 business days for your products to reach you. For international shipping, it may take between 5 to 15 business days for your products to reach you.
For domestic shipping (within India), a flat rate of ₹100 per order is charged. For international shipping, rates vary with location and exchange rates. Bulk orders will have customized shipping rates. Website may waive off shipping charges during offers or when order value exceeds a certain amount.

If you see a product on “backorder” it means that product is not immediately available in our studio for dispatch. However the product can be made in our studio and will be dispatched within 5 days.

Terracotta Jewelry is sturdy but it is still breakable. Please handle with care. The colors we use do not fade easily and continue to provide beauty for 7 years or more. Please do not wear jewelry during a shower or during water sports. Please store terracotta jewelry away from other types of jewelry to avoid abrasions. Our shipping boxes double up as storage boxes and its recommended to use them for storage.
Wirewoven jewelry at Arterra is handmade with polished or tumbled stones and copper wire. Its recommended to keep these in a separate box (preferably our shipping boxes) away from humidity and direct sunlight. Please avoid contact with water
The wires used in wirewoven jewelry are made of copper. Over time you may find that the colour of copper wire has changed. This is a natural ageing process. Copper will react with air/humidity resulting in change of colour. Some copper wires are coated with colours. These will also eventually change their sheen and colour though at a much slower rate than the non-coated wires. How long it will take to change colour will depend on the exposure of heat and humidity to the product and the climate of the place jewelry is kept.
No. The colors used on your jewelry are long lasting for years. However, as with any other jewelry, please avoid exposure to water.
