Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order product within the first 7 days of receiving your product, please fill out our return/exchange request form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice
- Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange or return
- If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Order Number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page
- Once the return has been authorized, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit. The credit will be reflect as a promo code in your Arterra Jewels account within 24 working hours from when the product is confirmed as shipped by the user along with shipping tracking id.
- However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, please email us here and we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

International Returns and Exchanges
